UPAVP Samajwadi Awas Yojna Flat Scheme in Gulmohar Enclave in Ghaziabad

UP Awas Vikas Parishad has launched a new flats scheme under Samajwadi Awas Yojna 2015. Under the scheme total 3680 flats are available in Gulmoha Enclave under Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad. UPAVP Authority offering 1BHK and 2BHK flats & out of total, 2464 flats are 2BHK type while remaining 1216 flats are 1BHk type.

The super area of 1BHK flats is about 34.04 square meter while 2BHK flat is available in the super area of 56.11 square meter. The estimated cost of 1BHK flat is Rs. 11 lakh while 2BHK come is the price of Rs. 18.10 lakh.

Registration of flats will be started from 20 July 2015 and last date of 20 August 2015.
